T1
Polyurea || Transfer Pumps
T1 is our lightest weight transfer pump with a 2:1 fluid to air ratio. When selecting your transfer pump, be sure to consider material viscosities, desired output rate, interior ceiling height of your rig, and available air pressure.
2.5 GPM (9.5 LPM)
-

T3 SST and T3 CS
Polyurea || Transfer Pumps
T3 stainless steel and carbon steel transfer pumps combine the Merkur® air-motor and popular T2 stainless steel lower. They have a 3:1 fluid to air ratio, so use less air pressure to provide the same fluid pressure required. When selecting your transfer pump, be sure to consider material viscosities, desired output rate, interior ceiling height of your rig, and available air pressure.
4.5 GPM (17 LPM)
-
T4
Polyurea || Transfer Pumps
T4 carbon steel transfer pump is based on air pilot valve technology. It utilizes the Merkur® air-motor so the air-motor switching is purely pneumatic, has a 3:1 fluid to air ratio, and is about 3x quieter than the T2. When selecting your transfer pump, be sure to consider material viscosities, desired output rate, interior ceiling height of your rig, and available air pressure.
4.5 GPM (17 LPM)

XP Series Sprayers
Other Protective Coatings || Reactor 2
Two-component spraying made easy and affordable. Graco XP50 Plural-Component Sprayers are designed to pump, mix and atomize medium to high solid coatings with superior results. When you upgrade from hand mixing, you'll find that the XP provides excellent return on investment, by reducing material waste and by using less clean-up solvent. Flexible options for mix ratio, pressure and flow rate – choose the right system for the application. If you occasionally change materials, the Graco XP Sprayers are the right choice. That’s because you can change the ratio by simply changing out one or two pump lowers. Available in 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 2.5:1, 3:1 and 4:1 mix ratios.

XM PFP
PFP || Reactor 2
Passive fire protection (PFP) coatings make structures more resistant to fire by insulating structural steel from high temperatures and as a result, buy time for the evacuation before structural collapse. The Graco XM PFP Plural-Component Sprayer offers data reporting technology, so you can confirm that epoxy intumescent coatings are sprayed on-ratio, at requirements set by the manufacturer. The XM PFP is easy to use, maintains consistent temperature control and offers precise ratio control.
